Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Compliance Coordinator will manage incoming compliance inquiries, coordinate compliance initiatives, and serve as the contract management system liaison under the direction of the Assistant General Counsel.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and route incoming compliance inquiries and requests as directed
  • Coordinate compliance and legal process initiatives, tracking progress and facilitating communication among stakeholders
  • Assist in managing the contract management system and support compliance-related tasks and regulatory filings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing employee benefits
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar programs
  • Experience in health plan administration or benefit plan compliance is preferred
