Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement ethics and compliance strategy and operations in consultation with Compliance Office members and stakeholders
- Provide legal advice on internal Compliance Office policies and assist in drafting compliance materials
- Support compliance initiatives across various program hallmarks, such as risk assessments and training
Required Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school and admission in good standing in a state bar
- 8+ years of experience handling compliance matters and supporting a compliance program
- Experience with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anti-corruption laws
- In-house experience at a multi-national company or law firm is preferred
- Fluency in English
