Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Establish trusted relationships with customers and drive the value of compliance products and services
- Consult with customers on implementing and evaluating their compliance digital learning programs
- Analyze account health, identify risks, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer retention and growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in compliance training or consulting with account management responsibilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Customer Success tools
- Solid knowledge of the digital learning industry and understanding of regulatory training needs
- Effective project management and organizational skills for managing a high-volume customer base
