Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with compliance learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted relationships with customers and drive the value of compliance products and services
  • Consult with customers on implementing and evaluating their compliance digital learning programs
  • Analyze account health, identify risks, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer retention and growth
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in compliance training or consulting with account management responsibilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Customer Success tools
  • Solid knowledge of the digital learning industry and understanding of regulatory training needs
  • Effective project management and organizational skills for managing a high-volume customer base
