Compliance Data Models Lead

Job Summary

Leading compliance model risk management and technology/data programs, the full-time remote Compliance Data Models Lead will oversee governance, testing, and data integrity for transaction monitoring, blockchain monitoring, and sanctions screening while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance controls.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end model governance, tuning, testing, and documentation for compliance models
• Design and maintain scalable SQL models in Snowflake for governance areas
• Lead model change management processes and collaborate with teams to enhance technology controls

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in data/analytics and/or Financial Crime/Compliance
• 3-5 years of experience focused on AML/sanctions/Financial Crime technology or models
• Strong SQL skills in a modern data warehouse environment
• Hands-on experience with AML/sanctions/Financial Crime systems
• Familiarity with model governance concepts and OCC style model risk guidance
