Compliance Data Product Manager

Job Summary

Building and leading the data function for the Compliance Product, the full-time Compliance Data Product Manager will drive strategic product direction across various compliance systems while collaborating with Engineering and Compliance teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Compliance data product suite and drive strategic product direction across Customer Risk Scoring, Transaction Monitoring, and other compliance systems
• Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive Compliance data risk framework addressing Data Quality, Usage Risk, and Lineage Risk
• Execute formal data contracts between Engineering and Compliance teams, defining control requirements and change management protocols

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Product Management, Data Engineering, or Technical Program Management within regulated Financial Services or FinTech
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical deep-dives on ETL pipelines, SQL, and data modeling
• Proven experience mapping complex data flows to meet regulatory standards and designing compensating controls for residual risk
• Fluency with cloud-native data environments such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
