Compliance Data Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the data function for the Compliance Product, the full-time Compliance Data Product Manager will drive strategic product direction and oversee the design and implementation of compliance data risk frameworks while collaborating with Engineering and Compliance teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Compliance data product suite, focusing on areas such as Customer Risk Scoring and Transaction Monitoring
• Lead the design of the end-to-end Compliance data risk framework, ensuring data quality and lineage across all compliance data products
• Establish formal data contracts between technical producers and compliance consumers, defining control requirements and change management protocols

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Product Management, Data Engineering, or Technical Program Management within regulated Financial Services or FinTech
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions on ETL pipelines, SQL, and data modeling with Engineering partners
• Experience mapping complex data flows to meet regulatory standards and designing compensating controls for residual risk
• Fluency with cloud-native data environments such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
• Utilization of generative AI to enhance workflow efficiency while maintaining human oversight
