Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance to oversee compliance programs within behavioral and related business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic problem solving and support compliance for behavioral product lines
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and manage remediation efforts
• Provide subject matter expertise for compliance investigations and oversee compliance committees

Required Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree preferred in law, business, clinical, or behavioral specialty
• 5+ years of experience in Compliance Program development or oversight
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
• Experience in assessing complex problems and recommending compliance solutions
• Professional licensure or certification preferred
