Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Director to lead and scale health care compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance compliance policies and procedures for telehealth addiction treatment services
• Manage national accreditation and state behavioral health certification compliance
• Oversee incident response and conduct privacy & compliance risk assessments and audits

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in health care compliance, privacy, and risk management
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA and state privacy laws in multi-state environments
• Experience leading incident response and regulatory-driven investigations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
• High integrity and ethical mindset
