Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance to lead and manage all compliance activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs across various frameworks
• Lead internal and external audit management and oversee third-party risk management activities
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory agencies on compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business, Information Security)
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit roles within technology or regulated industries
• Deep expertise in compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, and HIPAA
• Proven leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams
• U.S. citizenship required; must be based in the United States
