Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure efficient operation of the Compliance Department's Case Management by setting standards and processes
Conduct analysis of trends to identify and mitigate emerging risks within the company
Act as the primary point-of-escalation for Compliance Support and collaborate with staff to resolve complex issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of experience in a financial institution
5+ years of experience in risk management and/or consumer compliance related to mortgage originations
Knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulations
Experience with Encompass and Mavent preferred
