Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations and maintain a robust compliance management system
• Design and execute compliance monitoring programs and manage remediation plans related to audits
• Collaborate with product and operational teams to ensure compliance in the development and deployment of consumer credit offerings

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of U.S. consumer lending regulations and compliance management best practices
• Proven experience in a compliance role within financial services, fintech, or lending environments
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• CRCM certification or similar compliance credential is a plus
