Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the company's lending Compliance Management System
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and serve as the primary liaison for regulators and auditors
• Develop compliance policies and conduct risk assessments while partnering with various teams to embed compliance into workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive compliance experience within lending originations
• Deep knowledge of federal and state lending regulations
• Experience managing regulatory exams and external audits
• Proven experience leading compliance teams
• CAMS, CRCM, or similar certification is a plus
