Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead compliance oversight and challenge for marketing projects and strategies
• Review marketing materials for adherence to applicable laws and regulations
• Support the Compliance program and assist in regulatory inquiries and examinations

Required Qualifications

• Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. banking and credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Understanding of regulatory expectations and experience with regulator meetings
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
