Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute compliance and operational audits, ensuring adherence to regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Compliance, Law, Criminal Justice, or related field
• 4 years of experience in Compliance, HR, Investigations, Internal Audit, Risk, or Regulatory Assurance
• Strong experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments
• Demonstrated experience managing sensitive investigations and audit programs
• High integrity, independence, and strong professional judgment
