Compliance Director

Job Summary

Leading compliance initiatives, the full-time salaried Compliance Director will oversee the Global Commercial Services sales and account development activities outside of the U.S., ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulations while collaborating with international compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with international compliance colleagues to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to sales and account development
• Support the development and oversight of an effective Compliance program, including risk assessments and regulatory change management
• Liaise with various stakeholders to address compliance issues and prepare for regulatory inquiries and examinations

Required qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Experience in preparing for regulatory meetings and examinations
• Prior experience in the credit card industry, compliance, legal, or risk management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
