Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor oversight, contract administration, security audits, licensing exams, and other legal, corporate, and regulatory functions
• Coordinate annual reviews of security and compliance policies and ensure processes and procedures are updated
• Represent the company during regulatory examinations and participate in governance of subsidiaries

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 7 years paralegal experience in an in-house legal department or law firm
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent time management, organizational, and research skills
• Proficient with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Atlassian applications
