- Manage state filings through SERFF and I File, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights on regulatory trends and product compliance
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of insurance experience focused on regulatory or product compliance
- Experience with group life and health products and form drafting
- Proficiency in SERFF and I File systems
- Leadership experience in managing and developing teams
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
