Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance - Lending, Origination & Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and oversight of an enterprise-wide compliance program for lending and servicing
• Serve as a primary compliance advisor to leadership and manage regulatory examinations and audits
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations across all lending functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or industry certifications preferred
• 7-10+ years of compliance experience in financial services, including senior leadership in lending
• Direct experience with regulatory agencies and knowledge of lending regulations
• Proven success in leading compliance readiness for regulatory exams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
