Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Compliance, Personal Home Care - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with regulatory guidelines
- Oversee Medicaid billing compliance and ensure claims accuracy and audit readiness
- Develop and deliver compliance training while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance, regulatory, or quality role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in home health or personal care services preferred
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, law, public health, or related field preferred
- CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) certification preferred
