Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance, Personal Home Care - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with regulatory guidelines
  • Oversee Medicaid billing compliance and ensure claims accuracy and audit readiness
  • Develop and deliver compliance training while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance, regulatory, or quality role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in home health or personal care services preferred
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, law, public health, or related field preferred
  • CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) certification preferred
