Compliance Exam Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Exam Lead to manage regulatory exam engagements and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end examination processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Oversee corrective actions from Supervisory activities and report progress to management
• Maintain a central repository for examination and reporting obligations and assist in drafting compliance reports

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in licensing, compliance, regulation, or internal audit, preferably in consumer financial services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of consumer protection laws such as HMDA, BSA/AML, and TILA
• Experience in highly-regulated industries is preferred
• Strong project management and analytical skills
