Compliance Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely filings and renewals of licensing and state regulations
• Assist in investigations and audits, gathering evidence for lawsuits and maintaining tracking databases
• Participate in compliance committee meetings and support the Privacy Officer in resolving security concerns

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-2 years of compliance and/or legal support experience
• Experience in a legal or compliance field, preferably with medical debt collection
• Proficient in Office Suite for report and spreadsheet preparation
• Strong writing and editing skills are required
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA is a plus
