Compliance Governance Manager

Job Summary

Driving enhancements to Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes, the full-time Compliance Governance Manager will lead key governance projects, manage global initiatives, and develop subject matter expertise in compliance while collaborating with various teams across markets and business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead governance projects and manage stakeholder engagement to meet regulatory requests and objectives
• Conduct gap assessments and implement KYC standards while ensuring alignment across markets and functions
• Develop and maintain expertise in the CDD program and monitor changes in regulatory expectations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program governance, project management, or financial crimes compliance
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-intensive environment
• Strong strategic thought leadership and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Experience with KYC operations and customer lifecycle management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
