Compliance Governance Manager

Job Summary

Driving enhancements to Client Due Diligence processes, the full-time Compliance Governance Manager will lead governance-related projects, manage global initiatives, and develop subject matter expertise in financial crimes compliance while collaborating with teams across markets and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key governance projects in alignment with regulatory requests and ensure timely delivery through stakeholder management
• Manage global initiatives, including KYC standards gap assessment and implementation, while ensuring stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation
• Develop expertise in the end-to-end CDD program and monitor changes in regulatory expectations to assess impacts on KYC programs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program governance, project management, or financial crimes compliance
• Strong strategic thought leadership with the ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively address challenges
• Proven track record in managing multiple priorities in a deadline-intensive environment
• Familiarity with KYC operations and customer lifecycle management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
