Compliance HMDA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance HMDA Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process mortgage loans and documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Complete various HMDA functions, including reviewing file notes, credit score, DTI, and property geocodes
• Review purchase contracts and disclosure actions to ensure regulatory requirements are met

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in Mortgage or Compliance
• Familiarity with the mortgage process and documents
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a team structure
• Working knowledge of Google Docs and Octane
