Compliance Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Supporting the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) team, the full-time Compliance Instructional Designer will assess, design, and implement innovative eLearning solutions for anti-financial crimes training, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and collaborating with stakeholders remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and identify interactive eLearning solutions for financial crimes compliance content delivery
- Design and develop multimedia training materials to produce measurable learning outcomes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to training standards
Required qualifications
- Expertise in eLearning development software, such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, training, and adult learning
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality educational videos and eLearning modules
- Understanding of learning management system (LMS) functionality
- BA/BS degree in a related field preferred
