Compliance Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Supporting the GFCC TPS team, the full-time Compliance Instructional Designer will design, develop, and implement interactive eLearning solutions for financial crimes compliance training, ensuring adherence to global standards while collaborating with stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and identify interactive eLearning solutions for financial crimes compliance content delivery
- Utilize creative skills to produce innovative multimedia training modules and exercises
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective learning solutions and ensure timely project delivery
Required qualifications
- Expertise in eLearning development software, such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, training development, or adult learning
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality educational videos and eLearning modules
- Understanding of learning management system (LMS) functionality
- BA/BS degree in a related field preferred
