Compliance Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Supporting the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) team, the full-time Compliance Instructional Designer will assess and develop interactive eLearning solutions for anti-financial crime training while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure adherence to training standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and identify interactive eLearning solutions for financial crimes compliance content delivery
- Design, develop, and implement multimedia training content to achieve measurable learning outcomes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and quality training materials
Required qualifications
- Expertise in eLearning development software, such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, training, and adult learning
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality educational videos and eLearning modules
- Understanding of learning management system (LMS) functionality
- Experience in financial crimes compliance or related fields is required
