Compliance Investigations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Special Investigations analysts, the full-time Compliance Investigations Manager will conduct complex investigations into financial crimes such as Human Trafficking and Terrorist Financing, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and managing project enhancements within the US Investigations Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts in conducting anti-money laundering investigations and ensure compliance with policies
• Conduct case reviews and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to maintain regulatory compliance
• Analyze financial crime trends and collaborate with various teams to implement process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in areas related to financial crime investigations
• Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and motivating teams
• Strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations and financial crime typologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
