Job Summary
The full-time remote Compliance Investigations Manager will oversee compliance objectives related to financial crime investigations and regulatory reporting, while driving strategic initiatives to enhance the compliance framework and support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of operational objectives for the Compliance Investigations program
- Scale the investigations team to align with sustainable risk management and compliance support
- Manage end-to-end investigations triggered by KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Transaction Monitoring and Investigations operations
- 4+ years of experience managing a financial crime compliance team
- Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and Sanctions regulations
- Proven ability to draft deliverables for regulators and law enforcement
- Experience managing operational data sets and reporting KPIs/KRIs to leadership
