Compliance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Lead to support Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance efforts aligned with federal standards and HUD policies
• Oversee the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Manage audit readiness activities and serve as the primary liaison with auditors and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Information Technology, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, audit, or risk management roles
• Experience supporting federal compliance frameworks such as FISMA, NIST RMF, and FedRAMP
• Experience with audit processes, documentation, and evidence collection
• Must possess a Public Trust clearance
