Compliance Lead

Job Summary

Taking ownership of compliance in a hybrid environment, the full-time Compliance Lead will manage existing frameworks, implement ISO 27001, and ensure adherence to compliance requirements for government and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day compliance across the business, maintaining existing frameworks like Cyber Essentials and SOC 2
• Lead the implementation of ISO 27001 and identify additional frameworks for UK government work
• Plan and run audits, acting as the primary contact for external auditors while developing a clear compliance roadmap

Required qualifications

• Experience owning or leading compliance in a small company or early-stage environment
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 with hands-on implementation experience
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for UK government or regulated industries
• Experience running audits and working directly with auditors
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and influence product decisions
