Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Lead, Fair Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Support second-line oversight of Fair Lending risk across the full credit lifecycle
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams to embed Fair Lending considerations into product design and decisions
• Own and evolve key components of the Fair Lending Program, including governance and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory roles within financial services
• Strong understanding of Fair Lending Compliance Management Systems and related regulations
• Experience collaborating with technical and business teams to evaluate and mitigate risk
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply regulatory judgment in a fast-evolving environment
• Highly organized and proactive with strong analytical capabilities
