Compliance Lead, Money Transmission

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Lead, Licensing & Exam Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for state regulators and advocate for the company during MTL applications
• Support efforts to obtain and maintain Money Transmission Licenses, including responding to regulatory requests
• Coordinate MTL examinations and manage the remediation of findings and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience managing US Money Transmission Licenses, preferably in FinTech or payments platforms
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-state regulatory examinations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends and drive solutions
• Preference for candidates residing in the NYC area
