Compliance Lead, Product Advisory

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Lead, Product Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks while achieving business objectives
• Review and approve financial services marketing materials for regulatory compliance
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Product teams to address compliance issues and develop training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (compliance certifications a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in a compliance product advisory role within financial services
• Experience with products subject to TILA (Reg. Z) and/or EFTA (Reg. E)
• Strong interest in fintech and consumer financial protections
• Working knowledge of consumer financial laws and regulations
