Job Summary

Leading compliance initiatives for Software and Channel Partners, the full-time remote Compliance Leader for Software and Channels will manage compliance program execution, provide legal oversight on third-party engagements, and coordinate compliance efforts across various business units globally.

Key responsibilities

• Drive compliance program execution in collaboration with leadership across Software and Channel Partners, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
• Manage core compliance programs, including risk assessments, training, and monitoring, while aligning with GE Vernova's ABAC program principles
• Establish and maintain the Channel Partners Compliance Program framework, policies, and operational playbook, ensuring consistent application of compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, law, or corporate legal roles, particularly in investigations and anti-corruption
• At least 3 years of experience advising software or technology businesses on compliance matters, especially related to channel partner programs
• Working knowledge of anti-corruption laws and third-party risk management principles in a multinational context
