Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define routine learning needs and align on deployment timelines
• Set up and process compliance learning assignments for global learner populations
• Support multi-language content management and ensure appropriate regional language options are available

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of applicable job experience
• Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems, particularly Percipio and Workday
• Advanced reporting and data management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data cleansing
• Comfort navigating digital workflows and large datasets within enterprise learning platforms
