Compliance & Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing legal and compliance team, the full-time remote Compliance & Legal Operations Manager will manage regulatory research, provide client-facing compliance support, and oversee the Ironclad contract lifecycle management system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compliance analysis for new and existing state markets, developing state-specific documentation
• Act as the primary contact for school districts regarding compliance and regulatory inquiries
• Administer and configure workflows within the Ironclad platform, ensuring effective integration with other systems

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, or a related regulated field
• Proven hands-on experience with Ironclad contract lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability to adopt and leverage generative AI tools to enhance workflows
• Strong skills in analyzing complex state-level regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across various stakeholders
