Compliance Management Lead
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Management Lead, this full-time remote position will oversee compliance-related activities, manage project integration of compliance requirements, and ensure adherence to regulatory obligations for a SaaS product.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and update compliance-related policies, standards, and guidelines
- Drive operational controls and manage project scope, objectives, and risk communications
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders to align on new tools and processes while ensuring compliance with audit requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area of study
- 5+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, project management, or business analysis
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST 800-53, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
- FedRAMP background with experience leading compliance and authorization processes
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP, PMP)
