Job Summary
Overseeing the end-to-end investigation and resolution of potential sanctions matters, the full-time Manager of Sanctions Investigations will lead a team responsible for triaging, investigating, and decisioning sanctions cases while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Global Sanctions Investigations team in managing potential sanctions matches and referrals
- Act as a sanctions subject matter expert and primary decision-maker for escalated cases
- Ensure quality investigations and documentation to support audit and regulatory review processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sanctions, financial crimes, compliance, or related investigative fields
- Experience managing investigative inventory and case quality
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
- Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams
- Proven ability to operate in a complex matrix environment
