Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage a compliance program to prevent violations of laws and regulations
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and provide input on compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of experience in compliance
• Preferred: Master's Degree or 7-9 years of experience in a health plan setting
