Key Responsibilities:

Oversee account review team conducting periodic and trigger-based reviews
Provide training on transaction analysis and review progress tracking
Perform quality control on account review submissions and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or international equivalent
8+ years of financial services experience with focus on transactional analysis
Prior management and training experience
Experience with KYC and periodic account reviews, including risk assessment
Strong understanding of transaction pattern red flags
