Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Ethics & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute policy governance aligning with business goals and legal requirements
• Monitor and ensure compliance with trade and export regulations
• Manage EthicsLine, conduct investigations, and prevent bribery and corruption globally

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or CCEP preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate ethics and compliance experience
• Experience with international trade regulations and US export licensing
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
