A company is looking for a Manager, Business Controls and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local insurance regulations for claims handling
• Monitor regulatory trends and provide actionable feedback for process improvement
• Lead internal, carrier, and regulatory audits, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior Claims experience
• 5+ years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance
• 5+ years of People Management experience, including remote management
• Superior knowledge of property claims regulations for coastal states and catastrophic events
• College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
