Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to help scale and strengthen its compliance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and champion the Compliance Program across the company
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure alignment with applicable laws and best practices
• Investigate compliance concerns and partner with stakeholders to develop remediation plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management roles, preferably in healthcare
• Understanding of medical reimbursement coding, Medicare, HIPAA, and third-party payor regulations
• Experience working in healthcare or with healthcare clients, particularly in the pharmaceutical supply chain
