Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager (Remote) to oversee audit and compliance operations and manage a team of compliance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and external audit coordination and maintain a centralized compliance calendar
• Supervise and coach a team of compliance specialists while fostering a culture of accountability
• Serve as a subject matter expert for compliance-related inquiries and lead process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Advanced degree or certification in Compliance (e.g., CHC, CHPC) strongly preferred
• 4-6+ years of compliance experience in healthcare, health tech, or a related regulated industry required
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring a compliance or audit-focused team
• Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, TCPA, and other relevant compliance standards
