Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to support the Finance and Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee tracking of lobbying activities and expenses to ensure compliance with state and local laws
- Develop and maintain an understanding of lobbying laws in priority states and localities
- Prepare and file required lobby registrations and reports with local and state agencies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in compliance oversight for lobbying, public policy, or government relations
- Deep understanding of state-level lobbying laws and regulations
- Ability to analyze complex regulations and provide actionable insights
- Experience in developing and facilitating compliance training
- Proficiency in drafting and implementing compliance policies and procedures
