Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager responsible for managing sponsor compliance activities related to research and intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate daily activities of compliance programs and recommend policy changes
• Collect, analyze data, and create reports to support compliance objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in developing and implementing procedures for compliance programs
• Subject matter knowledge in sponsor compliance and related regulations
• Ability to supervise staff and direct work assignments
