Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the compliance lead and primary contact for issuing banks, ensuring regulatory expectations are met
• Manage daily compliance relationships with bank partners and coordinate audit readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product launches and operations with compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in a compliance role within a financial institution or fintech
• Strong knowledge of consumer compliance regulations such as Reg E, Reg Z, and BSA/AML
• Experience working with sponsor banks or payments companies
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in operationalizing compliance programs and understanding regulatory expectations
