Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and strengthen compliance operations across tier-1 iGaming markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with gambling regulations, license conditions, and certification requirements across all tier-1 markets
• Support license applications, renewals, audits, and other regulatory submissions for assigned jurisdictions
• Monitor regulatory developments, assess compliance risks, and implement required changes to maintain full conformity

Required Qualifications

• Proven 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within the iGaming industry, ideally across multiple tier-1 markets
• Strong knowledge of European and international gambling legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-jurisdictional compliance programs and communicate effectively with regulators
• Deep understanding of AML, KYC, responsible gambling, and player protection requirements
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional Tier-1 market languages is an advantage
