Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, implement, manage, and enforce the compliance plan and relevant policies
• Prepare and coordinate compliance training for employees and contractors
• Oversee compliance hotline and incident tracking system, ensuring proper documentation and resolution of compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of management experience in healthcare compliance
• At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, OIG compliance, and U.S. healthcare fraud and abuse laws
• Experience in Radiology, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, or Hospital Medicine is preferred
